Fishermen dig hole into ice – what they pull out is MONSTROUS

The remarkable video – posted to social media site Reddit on Wednesday (April 19) – shows the men crowding around a tiny borehole surrounded by snow and ice.

They start pulling up their line – which appears to have caught something because of how taut it is.

The camera then zooms in on the black hole and soon a mysterious creature’s head starts to appear.

It gets closer and closer to the light before it is finally revealed.

Almost as soon as the fish appears, the clip ends – leaving viewers to come up with their own conclusions to what it was.

“Reminds me of that asteroid monster from Empire Strikes Back,” one user commented.

Another comically wrote: “Ok what the nope is that?”

And a third simply added: “Eating well tonight then.”
